Nakamata Group, which specializes in top-quality bluefin tuna dishes, has opened this restaurant with the addition of a new cooking method called "Hara Hara Yaki" (primal grilling), offering large, top-quality bluefin tuna weighing over 500 grams, grilled over charcoal. We also offer a wide variety of beverages to enjoy along with our signature dishes. We are especially proud of our shochu, which has a long history in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. We use large, thick "Nodoguro" that weighs over 400g. We are proud of the freshness of our "top-quality" nodoguro caught in the morning and shipped directly from the fishing port, and we grill it in a luxurious way.
