Nakamata Group, which specializes in top-quality bluefin tuna dishes, has opened this restaurant with the addition of a new cooking method called "Hara Hara Yaki" (primal grilling), offering large, top-quality bluefin tuna weighing over 500 grams, grilled over charcoal. We also offer a wide variety of beverages to enjoy along with our signature dishes. We are especially proud of our shochu, which has a long history in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture. We hope you will enjoy it with your favorite dish.

    Nodoguro no Tsuchinabe Gohan and Nodoguro Roast Course

    In addition to Nakamata's specialty "5 fresh fish platter" and "homemade Satsuma-age", we offer a luxurious double main course of Satsuma black beef zabuton steak and roasted top-quality nodoguro, and rice cooked in an earthenware pot with nodoguro for the finish.
