The warm interior feels the warmth of wood. Enjoy the superb combination of fresh ingredients airlifted from Aomori Prefecture, the owner's hometown, and exquisite sake.

Until now, the hospitality of dining establishments consisted of three elements: "food and sake," "service by the staff," and "interior design." This is Japan's first dining establishment that incorporates "air" as the fourth element of hospitality.

We use a type of Japanese short-horned cattle called Hakkouda-gyu. Hakkouda-gyu is a breed created by crossbreeding the "Nanbu cattle," which was raised in Japan's northeastern region, with one of the three major meat breeds in the world, the Short Horn. Due to the low production numbers, it is a rare breed in Japan with high scarcity value. While the marbled meat of Japanese black cattle is comparable to "deliciousness of fat," Hakkouda-gyu provides a natural beef experience where you can savor the "deliciousness of red meat."

You can savor not only the food and sake but also the quality of the air. Please enjoy your meal in a calm space that emphasizes a wooden interior.
