Enjoy fresh ingredients airlifted from Aomori Prefecture, the owner's hometown, paired perfectly with sake.

Traditional hospitality in dining establishments has consisted of three elements: "food and drink," "staff service," and "interior design."
This is Japan's first restaurant to incorporate "atmosphere" as the fourth element of hospitality.

We use beef from Hakkouda-gyu, a breed of Japanese Shorthorn cattle.
Hakkouda-gyu is a breed developed by crossbreeding the "Nanbu-gyu," raised in the northeastern Tohoku region of Japan, with the Shorthorn, one of the world's three major beef breeds.
Due to its limited production numbers, it is a highly rare breed in Japan.
If marbled beef from the Black Wagyu breed is described as the "deliciousness of fat," then Hakkouda-gyu is natural beef that allows you to savor the "deliciousness of lean meat."

You can enjoy not only the food and sake but also the quality of the atmosphere.
Please enjoy your meal in a calm space with an interior carefully crafted from wood.
