The owner's discerning eye for quality ingredients is used to prepare and serve the finest sushi.
The sushi is prepared with two types of vinegared rice, red and white, using specially cultivated rice from Akita Prefecture, as well as elaborate condiments and seasonings, all made with expert skill.
The sushi is served with a wide selection of sake, including a "sake pairing" of 11 different types of sake, and approximately 200 different bottles of wine.

Seasonal Omakase Course (22 items) with 13 types of sushi, soup, and dessert included.OMAKASE COURSE is the ultimate OMAKASE COURSE, which the owner has cultivated in sushi and kappo cooking for 30 years.
He handles and prepares all of his own fish, which he selects from a wide range of ingredients by himself, and he is particular about not only nigiri but also other dishes.
This course is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, so that you will never be left wanting.
If you are not sure about the volume, we can make the sushi rice smaller.
