We provide high-quality materials sourced with the owner's sharp eye, finished in the best condition. The sushi, using specially cultivated rice from Akita Prefecture and featuring two types of vinegared rice in red and white, along with meticulously crafted condiments and seasonings, showcases the skill of our experienced artisans. You can enjoy a selection of 11 types of sake paired in small amounts, as well as approximately 200 varieties of bottled wine, accompanied by a rich selection of beverages.
