Our restaurant offers a course that includes our signature dish "Uniku," which has been loved since our Ginza days, as well as other attractive dishes such as beef stew and crab miso cream tempura, in addition to sushi.

Furthermore, we have special menus featuring the Kumamoto Prefecture's brand wagyu "Wao" and French fresh caviar "Osetra." We are dedicated to providing a heartfelt hospitality experience that excites our customers with the anticipation of "What delicious dishes will be served today?"

    We will offer the Uni Gunkan and Uniku, the best way to taste the best sea urchin.
    It consists of 19 pieces of Uni Gunkan, starting with assorted seasonal sashimi, followed by 19 pieces of Uni Gunkan, and finally 1 piece of Uniku.
    Guests will also enjoy pairings selected by our sake sommelier.
