A New Gastronomic Experience at Saisyo in Ginza, Featuring Seasonal Flavors and Luxurious Ingredients
We have relocated from Ginza to Nagatacho as of September 8, 2025.
Our restaurant offers courses that include attractive dishes beyond sushi, such as our signature menu item "Uniku," loved since the Ginza days, as well as beef stew and crab miso cream tempura.
Additionally, we provide special menus featuring Kumamoto Prefecture's branded Wagyu "Waou" and fresh French caviar "Osetra." We wholeheartedly serve our guests to make them excited, wondering, "What kind of dishes will be served today?"

We will offer the Uni Gunkan and Uniku, the best way to taste the best sea urchin.
It consists of 19 pieces of Uni Gunkan, starting with assorted seasonal sashimi, followed by 19 pieces of Uni Gunkan, and finally 1 piece of Uniku.
Guests will also enjoy pairings selected by our sake sommelier.

If you are not fond of sake, you can switch to wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks. It takes an average of about 3 hours to serve. Children over 10 years old who can eat a full omakase course are allowed to sit at the counter. For small children who cannot eat a course meal, we will guide you to a table seat. Please refrain from wearing strongly scented perfume when you visit. We request that each person orders one omakase course, and sharing dishes is not permitted, so we appreciate your understanding.
