Among the many events in Shibuya this time, we will introduce five recommended ones.

The dream collaboration (?) of Chiikawa × Ramen Jiro style, which seemed unlikely until now, has been realized. The cafe that fuses the world view of the hugely popular character "Chiikawa" with the rich appeal of “ramen buta” is currently held at Shibuya PARCO.
The featured ramen menu is authentic, with a tonkotsu base, thick noodles, mountains of bean sprouts and chashu, and toppings like garlic and back fat selectable. Not only does it have visual impact, but it is also very satisfying, a bowl sure to please ramen fans.
On the other hand, the original sweets and drink menu that take advantage of Chiikawa’s cuteness are also substantial. The visuals designed for SNS appeal and attention to detail can be felt throughout.
Furthermore, the adjacent merchandise corner offers exclusive limited goods only available here. Acrylic stands, keychains, ramen bowls, and other items lineup that excite fans.
While the end date is currently undecided, there is a possibility of early closure depending on popularity, so those interested are recommended to visit early.
A thematic cafe featuring Chopper that fans of 'ONE PIECE' can’t resist has appeared at SHIBUYA109. The beloved Straw Hat crew character “Chopper” is set as if “he himself produced the cafe,” and the interior is filled with meticulous detail.
The interior creates a cute space with the warmth of wood, providing an experience as if you have entered Chopper’s world. Displays modeled after plush toys and illustrations are popular photo spots.
The menu includes Chopper’s hat-shaped pancakes, lattes topped with cotton candy horns, and bone-in meat-style plates, all enjoyable visually and gastronomically. Each menu item comes with original coasters and placemats that can be taken home as mementos.
Don’t miss the cafe-exclusive goods corner featuring plush toys, stationery, tote bags, and other items only available here. The event period is until February 1, 2026, so visitors should note the schedule.
The special collaboration between the anime ‘My Hero Academia (HeroAca)’ and Tokyu Group, which is involved in urban development in Shibuya, started in January 2026. The area around Shibuya Station will be dyed in the world of HeroAca.
*Tokyu Group is a major Japanese corporate group engaged in diverse businesses such as railways, commercial facilities, real estate, hotels, and entertainment.
This collaboration sets up life-size panels and visual displays inside the station and Tokyu Group’s commercial facilities, creating an effect as if walking through the city is part of the work itself. Special photo spots irresistible to fans are also planned.
The “Find the Hero!” stamp rally allows participants to visit target spots and receive limited goods, offering interactive enjoyment.
Also, at facilities such as Shibuya Hikarie and Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, original goods sales and limited cafes are planned. Details will be announced sequentially on the official site, making it a content you’ll want to visit repeatedly during the event.
Please note that the event period varies for each activity.
The closest place to the sky in Shibuya—the observation facility “SHIBUYA SKY” of Shibuya Scramble Square—will host its 9th exhibition featuring spatial art installation “Touching the sky|空にふれる” by sculptor Kosei Komatsu.
This exhibition is based on the intuitive theme “touching the sky,” and art works incorporating natural phenomena such as space, light, reflection, and wind will be exhibited. The work is integrated with the space and changes according to the weather and time.
On the observation floor, installation works featuring elements like “floating” and “light and shadow,” which are Komatsu’s signatures, are displayed, changing expressions depending on the time of day and weather. It is an exhibition where visitors can experience a “dialogue with the sky” where different views unfold every time you visit.
Beyond being an art piece, this exhibition fuses “place” and “sense,” leaving a strong impression even on those not familiar with art. Please experience the scale that cannot be fully captured by a smartphone camera and the feeling of being connected with the sky.
At the Shibuya Park Street Gallery, located a little away from the bustle of Shibuya, a unique exhibition "Fureau Yakimono" where you can “touch and enjoy” pottery will be held.
This exhibition features a diverse range of pottery works by seven artists who create at welfare facilities. From everyday utensils to animal objects, free-form designs not bound by tradition are displayed, each with unique presence.
The biggest feature is that some works on display are “actually touchable.” You can enjoy a tactile appreciation experience that cannot be experienced visually, such as surface roughness, temperature, and interesting shapes.
Also, during the exhibition period, some dates will have live creation sessions and talk events by the artists. These are valuable opportunities to learn about the artists’ backgrounds and thoughts, attracting attention.
Though not flashy, this exhibition offers an art experience enjoyed by hand and heart, recommended for those seeking a quiet moment during their trip.
