The chef is both a sushi master and a Japanese cuisine chef. You can enjoy sushi and dishes made from the best ingredients of the day, showcasing the chef's skills.

The exquisite course, consisting of nigiri made with mellow red vinegar sushi rice and a la carte dishes, is further enhanced by the final dish of soba noodles. The abalone soba, made with freshly prepared soba served in abalone broth, can only be savored here. The warm warabi mochi served as a dessert is also a proud creation of the chef, allowing you to enjoy until the very end.

    The appetizers consist of three recommended dishes inspired by the four seasons.
    The 10 pieces of sushi use carefully selected seafood from the Toyosu Market and are creatively prepared.

    Homemade soba noodles handmade by the chef himself are also available.
    When soba-yu is poured into a broth extracted from abalone and brown sugar, you can enjoy a blissful moment with the fragrance of the seaweed.

    For dessert, warabi mochi and gelato are served.
    Please enjoy the homemade gelato alongside the still-steaming warabi mochi.
    The rich gelato and warm warabi mochi melt instantly in your mouth.

    We want to share truly delicious cuisine that combines sushi and Japanese dishes with more people around the world! We put that feeling into this course.

    Each ingredient is carefully prepared with time and attention. The appetizers are recommended dishes inspired by the four seasons. The sushi is particular about ingredient selection, and the cooking methods are tailored to the ingredients.

    In the latter half of the course, we serve soba noodles. The chef puts much effort and time into making this soba.

    At the end of the meal, we offer warabi mochi and gelato as dessert. Please enjoy our proud course menu that cannot be tasted anywhere else.
