Enjoy sushi and soba noodles, warm homemade warabimochi and a course like no other.

Our chef is both a sushi chef and a Japanese cuisine chef.
He uses the best ingredients of the day to create sushi and dishes that are sure to please.

The final course, consisting of nigiri made with mild red vinegar rice and a la carte dishes, is complemented by the soba noodles.
The freshly made abalone soba served in abalone broth can only be enjoyed here.
The chef is also proud of the warm rice cake with bracken, which is served as a sweet snack, and can be enjoyed until the very end of the course.

    Three appetizers are recommended dishes inspired by the four seasons.
    For the 10 pieces of sushi, we use carefully selected seafood from the Toyosu market to create a unique twist.

    Chef's own handmade soba noodles are also available.
    Pouring the buckwheat water into the broth made from abalone and brown sugar, you can enjoy a blissful moment with the aroma of the sea.

    For dessert, we offer warabimochi (rice cakes) and gelato.
    Enjoy the homemade gelato with the still steamy warabimochi.
    The rich gelato and warm strawbimochi will melt in your mouth in an instant.
