A hidden luxury sushi restaurant that has emerged in the foodie district of Ebisu, just a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station. The exterior exudes a simple and chic atmosphere that feels luxurious. A craftsman with a sommelier qualification carefully selects wines, and a sake master selects premium sake. The menu is bursting with creativity, utilizing charcoal and instant smoking, along with seasonal dishes. Please indulge in a hidden high-cost-performance sushi experience that couldn't be realized for under 10,000 yen.

Adjacent to Sushi Hatsume, "Ura Hatsume" offers a high-end private space. In the case of a private booking, children and infants are also welcome.

Overall food was just normal other than - the Uni Tuna was impressive; fried tempura - prawn & eel and rice wrap in leaf are good. Not to say very fresh - at least for like Tuna/Otoro I taste better meat else where. Kitchen seems short handed. After finishing the meal I actually went Ichiran for ramen because I wasn't full. There is a forceful policy to dine in - everyone must order a drink, which I don't understand why can't we take plain water to enjoy the Omakase?
