I had reserved the restaurant booking and fully paid on 27, Mov, 2025 with gmail confirmed, but unfortunately, when I attended on 5, Dec, 2025 @8pm, they said that No any booking existed and No any reservation was made, that’s any communication break down problem or other reason? It’s my bad feeling and poor experience of this issue, finally we were waiting for ~ 40 minutes after they checked, to have dinner afterwards. The restaurant staffs are polite and helpful.
