We are a specialty store where you can enjoy the new value of millefeuille.
We are particular about freshly baked and freshly made millefeuille, a traditional pastry originating in France, using our own unique method.

The pie crust made with 100% Hokkaido fermented butter is baked at a high temperature for a short time to create a fresher, more fragrant aroma and texture.

The pie is carefully cooked every morning with Hokkaido milk, butter, and carefully selected fresh eggs.
The deep, rich flavor adorns the millepresse.
