A new sensation mille-feuille specialty shop to enjoy with all five senses.

This is a specialty store where you can enjoy the new value of mille-feuille. We focus on the traditional French pastry, mille-feuille, and use our unique method to ensure it is baked fresh and made to order.

The puff pastry, made from 100% fermented butter from Hokkaido, is baked at a high temperature for a short time, creating an even fresher and more aromatic flavor and texture.

We carefully prepare it every morning using Hokkaido milk and butter, along with selected fresh eggs. This creates a rich and deep flavor that enhances the mille-feuille.
