Edo-style sushi restaurant that is particular about natural ingredients

You can taste the fresh seasonal seafood that the owner personally purchases at Toyosu Market every morning.

The sushi, made with care by the owner who inherits the traditions of a long-established shop, is exquisite. Additionally, there is a chance to encounter special dishes that can only be tasted during that season!

The first floor features a cypress counter where you can enjoy seasonal flavors while conversing with the owner. The second floor has semi-private table seating.

Of course, we also offer a rich selection of seasonal ingredients and fine sake. Please do visit us at least once.
