    We discovered this place through YouTube. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Despite a language barrier, Chef Yamaguchi was charismatic, preparing the sushi with a flare. Sushi was umami. Each bit was unique. The sake we chose paired superbly with the sushi. The aroma and sweet finish were pleasant.
