Signature menu

  • Marushin (100g)
    Despite being a cut of red meat with few marbling (sashi), it is a very tender part. Marbling refers to the fat that is interlaced like a net within the meat.
  • Ichibo
    It is characterized by a moderate amount of fat that creates a meltingly smooth texture.
  • loin(100g)
    This is especially recommended for those who prefer meat with a good balance of lean and fatty parts.
  • Chateaubriand (100g)
