Our restaurant was established in front of Toyama Station in 1987.
We are a long-established yakiniku restaurant that continues to evolve and innovate, armed with specially selected Japanese beef purchased by meat professionals who have been wielding their skills since the establishment of the restaurant.
We provide the best time every day without compromising the meat, side menu, and service.

    The General Course

    This is a very satisfying course where you can enjoy raw Wagyu beef Yukke and popular rolling green onion tongue salt.
    Please try the Wagyu bibimbap cooked in an earthenware pot, which is only available in the course.

    This is the most luxurious course at Daishogun, including raw yukke, high quality rare parts and steaks.
    Don't miss the Wagyu Hitsumabushi in an earthenware pot!
    Please enjoy the change of taste by pouring onsen tamago (hot spring egg) or dashi broth over the beef.

Signature menu

  • Kuwabara Yaki
    This sirloin steak is made by cutting off all the excess portion of the sirloin and using only the luxurious center of the sirloin.
    Serve with a beaten egg after grilling.

    Enjoy the juiciness of the meat and the sweetness of the fat.
  • lean roast
    We recommend grilling the lean loin cut into large pieces quickly.
    Serve it refreshingly dipped in a special vinegar mixture of kaiware, green onion, and grated daikon radish!
  • yukhoe (Korean dish of seasoned raw beef topped with an egg yolk)
    Our restaurant is licensed to serve raw meat for human consumption.
