We have delicious Kyushu cuisine such as squid from Yobuko, motsunabe, mizutaki, and more.
We have a fish tank in the restaurant and fish are prepared to order, so they are fresh and delicious!

    Salted Motsunabe has been introduced on many TV programs and magazines.
    The broth is made from natural salt and kelp, with just the right amount of spices, and only a little garlic is used, so you don't have to worry about the smell.
    How about a delicious collagen supplement in a hot pot on a night out in Fukuoka?

    We are particular about all meats: beef, pork, and chicken.
    For beef, we use carefully selected Wagyu and Kuroge Wagyu beef from the local Kyushu area.
    We offer a wide variety of dishes, including "Aged Wagyu Beef Lean Meat Aburi-yaki," which allows you to directly feel the flavor of the meat.
    We hope you will enjoy our meat dishes woven with carefully selected ingredients from Kyushu.
