A new mille-feuille specialty store that can be enjoyed with all five senses

We are a specialty store that specializes in freshly baked and freshly made millefeuille, a traditional pastry originating in France, using our own unique manufacturing method.

The pie crust made with 100% Hokkaido fermented butter is baked at a high temperature for a short time to create a fresher, more fragrant aroma and texture.

Our pies are carefully cooked every morning with Hokkaido milk, butter, and carefully selected fresh eggs. The deep, rich flavor adorns the millepresse.
