We offer a variety of local sake from all over Japan! In addition to our standard sake, we also have many premier and seasonal sake.
We are proud of our Shimane Prefecture bluefin tuna, fresh fish that arrives daily, and a wide variety of seafood dishes and seasonal ingredients.
We also have a wide variety of seafood dishes and seasonal ingredients, as well as a variety of snacks that go well with our sake.

We are proud of our hearty assortment of local sashimi and the fatty "nodoguro" (sea bass) caught in Shimane.
The interior of the restaurant has a relaxing Japanese atmosphere, and we have everything from table seating to kotatsu (sunken kotatsu) seating. We also have a private room that can accommodate up to 26 people, making it ideal for banquets. We have a variety of courses starting from 5,500 yen with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. Please use it according to the occasion.
We offer a wide variety of sake, from famous brands such as Jyushiyo, Jikin, Tobiroki, and Tasake to limited-quantity brands. We also have an all-you-can-drink menu, which is ideal for comparison!

    A sumptuous meal with all-you-can-drink 2hours + all-you-can-drink local sake! ＞A luxurious time with fresh fish sashimi, throat blackfish, and other special dishes!

    Each person will enjoy one "Nodoguro" (throat blackfish) directly from Hamada Port in Shimane Prefecture, grilled and boiled with salt.
    This course also includes seasonal ingredients and handmade dishes to satisfy your special banquet.
    All dishes are served individually, so there is no need to share. Also recommended for business entertainment.
    All-you-can-drink for 2h is included.
    For an additional 1,000 yen (1100 including tax), you can drink all the rare alcoholic beverages you want!

    Please order this first! This is the standard Masu set, and is a gorgeous and economical item. This Masumori, which is also the origin of our restaurant's name, is an assortment of our best sashimi, which we started without regard to profitability in order to let our customers enjoy sashimi in a casual manner. It is 1.4 times more economical than ordering individual items, and you can enjoy seven different kinds of fish.
