In our store, quietly standing in the basement of a building near Toranomon Station, we offer an omakase course made with carefully selected ingredients. The ingredients are sourced by the owner himself from the Toyosu Market, where he personally inspects them. Please enjoy not only the seasonal flavors available that day but also the handpicked sake and shochu.

The eight-seat counter offers a prime viewing spot to witness the artisanship right in front of you. We carefully serve each dish while observing the customers' reactions.

It is also perfect for celebrations or dates. We invite first-time visitors to stop by.
