Our shop, quietly located in the basement of a building near Toranomon Station, offers a carefully selected chef’s choice course using premium ingredients.
The owner personally visits Toyosu Market to skillfully select and procure the ingredients.
Please enjoy the seasonal flavors available only that day, along with a selection of carefully chosen sake and shochu.

With only eight counter seats, you have a front-row view of the artisans' craftsmanship.
Each dish is carefully prepared while attentively observing our customers.
