Authentic Edomae sushi crafted by our shop, which proudly achieved two crowns in a survey by the Japan Marketing Research Organization. Thanks to 60 years of experience in selecting the finest ingredients for the day, our sushi is a true masterpiece, created by a craftsman with 30 years of sushi-making experience. The sushi rice seasoned with red vinegar brings out the ingredients to their fullest.

A hideaway for adults, standing proudly in a building in Ginza, where you can enjoy time at a hinoki wood counter. Please savor a dish that embodies a strong love for tuna, along with a special person.
