With 60 years of expertise in selecting the best ingredients of the day, our sushi craftsmen with 30 years of experience skillfully create exquisite sushi. Edomae vinegared rice made with red vinegar enhances the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest.

We discovered this place through YouTube. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Despite a language barrier, Chef Yamaguchi was charismatic, preparing the sushi with a flare. Sushi was umami. Each bit was unique. The sake we chose paired superbly with the sushi. The aroma and sweet finish were pleasant.
