Summary

Visitors can experience traditional sushi making, such as making sushi rice and cutting tuna fences with a special fish knife.
You can make the following three types of sushi and eat them by yourself.
1 Hosomaki Sushi
2 Gunkan Sushi
3 Nigiri-zushi

Two kits of easy-to-use sushi making tools for beginners will be available as souvenirs to take home.
