Grilled skewers on an iron plate. We are working with lamb chops from New Zealand, seasonal vegetables, and game dishes.

Our restaurant, in consideration of recent SDGs, is actively working on game dishes such as deer and wild boar. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients in a skewered style, and each dish can also be enjoyed as an accompaniment to sake. We recommend carefully selected domestic black-haired Wagyu beef, seafood, and vegetables from contracted farmers, as well as our specialty New Zealand lamb chops. Please spend a special time in our bar, which offers sake, whiskey, and wine.
