Sushi with "10-year-aged secret red vinegar" served a la carte with seasonal sake snacks.

We use our secret red vinegar that has been aged for 10 years.
Sushi made with hardened sushi rice and carefully selected ingredients is available from 300 yen per piece.

We are also particular about our procurement.
We purchase our tuna from a tuna specialty store that is purveyor to famous restaurants, and other seafood is selected fresh with a keen eye for quality.

Enjoy to your heart's content the taste of sushi that has been recognized by the cloud of the sushi industry.
