Collaboration store with Kanazawa Curry" Established in 1970, Kanazawa Curry is a collaboration between authentic, long-established ramen with a pork bone structure and Kanazawa Curry, which inherited the ambitions and persistence of the company when it was founded.

This is the only restaurant in our group to collaborate with "Gogo Curry", famous for its Kanazawa Curry!
This is the first "Gogo Curry" restaurant to open in Kitakyushu in collaboration with this restaurant, and it can only be found here in Kitakyushu City!

The ramen that we are proud of is the ramen that the founder and his wife opened in 1970 and painstakingly created.
We deliver the genuine taste of tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen both domestically and internationally.
The soup is made using a secret recipe to maximize the flavor of the pork bones.
Chinese noodles and chashu pork are produced in our own factory, providing safe and reliable products.

Furthermore, in addition to ramen and curry, our restaurant offers a wide variety of noodles, including set meal menus and udon noodles!

Signature menu

  • mountain wizard
    This is Yamaya's first Jiro-style menu item, the extra-thick Wasiwashi Noodle "Yamajiro".
    Since its launch in 2022, more than 30,000 servings (total of all stores that sold it) have been sold, and it uses "extra-thick" noodles, which can be called the third type of noodles manufactured in the company's own factory.
    It is a hearty dish filled with vegetables, garlic, and back oil!

    This is the most popular menu item at Gogo Curry!
    The stainless steel and shredded cabbage on the plate as an accompaniment is a characteristic of Kanazawa Curry.
