    A collaboration of Fukuya's mentaiko and Hakata Shokusai Hyoutei's motsunabe, a dish made with black wagyu beef.
    The marriage of the rich mentaiko (cod roe), plump motsu, and our signature seafood chicken collagen soup creates a miraculous taste experience!
    This is a new specialty of our restaurant in Hakata.
