We use our special blue eel which is 30% larger than the size of a typical restaurant.
We serve it in our signature Kami-Unagi Donburi and Kami-Hitsumabushi.

After being heated by a red flame of over 1,000 degrees Celsius, the eel is slowly cooked over a charcoal fire, making the surface crispy and the inside fluffy and juicy.
