    The chef visits the producers directly and uses his own discerning eyes to select superior ingredients such as jidori chicken and gibier, which are then carefully grilled over an open hearth.

    At Ikoribi, we use the traditional Japanese primitive cooking method.
    The counter surrounding the hearth is a special place to sit and enjoy the food not only with your tongue, but also with your eyes, ears, nose, and skin.
