Directly manages Furano Wagyu, a top-quality brand of beef that has won numerous awards, including the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.
The main attraction of our restaurant is that we consistently use only "Furano Wagyu" beef for all the meat and offal we serve at the restaurant!
We serve only high quality Japanese black beef that has been rated "A5" by the Japan Meat Grading Association.
In addition to meat, you can also enjoy Hokkaido brands such as "Yumepirika" rice and "Fafi Eggs," which are produced in Hokkaido.
A course featuring a wide selection of delicacies from Yoshiushi is available from 8,000 yen and up!
