Tuna, the star of Edomae sushi
After training at "Ginza Kyube," I became the manager of "Tsukiji Takewaka" before opening my own store in Ginza 7-chome in the winter of 2007.
Since opening, I would like to express my gratitude once again for the warm support from our customers, which has allowed us to spend more than ten years in the competitive area of Ginza.
Our store is a small establishment managed by just one person in Ginza 7-chome, but I have been steadfast in my commitment to my own values while operating.
In order to maximize the experience of valuable time and space for our customers with our cuisine and sake, we sincerely look forward to your visit.
