In a corner of a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the station, stands "Fudomae Sushi Iwasawa," which exudes a subtle yet undeniable presence. At Sushi Iwasawa, we serve an omakase course featuring alternating appetizers and sushi, meticulously prepared at a beautifully polished white wood counter, inheriting the style of the renowned Edo-style sushi restaurant "Sushi Takumi." The sushi, made with fresh seasonal ingredients, uses three different types of sushi rice, and each piece is carefully and beautifully crafted. Our global hospitality, accommodating English and Chinese-speaking guests, should not be overlooked. To this day, our restaurant has attracted food enthusiasts and earned a Michelin star in 2019.
