A newly popular Edomae sushi restaurant that impressed gourmets has opened its second location in the Aoyama area.

We offer a chef's choice course using top-quality ingredients selected by our chef, Rei Okizuka, under the belief that "quality is high, and the threshold is low."

You can enjoy the best seafood of the day sourced from Toyosu Market, featuring 5 to 6 appetizers that showcase Edo-style techniques and about 10 pieces of sushi. The menu includes rich sardines, expertly cut squid, and our famous tuna, allowing you to savor different delights with each piece.

For the sushi rice, we blend carefully selected rice and vinegar to pursue the best flavor at the moment of pressing.

We offer seasonal sake brands such as "Juyondai" and "Aramasa," along with a variety of wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Enjoy a special moment in a relaxed space where you can feel at ease.
