The signature dish, "Negi Tan Shio," is a dish where the savory spices and the fresh flavor of green onions harmonize perfectly. Additionally, we carefully select A5 rank black wagyu beef, primarily from Miyazaki, and provide it using the optimal cooking methods for each cut.
