Our shop is located just a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Sanchome Station, in a prime location. Please enjoy our refined sushi made with high-quality seasonal ingredients sourced from Toyosu Market.

We take pride in our carefully selected daily sake and a lineup of wines that complement sushi. We also recommend our dinner courses that feature not only sushi but also a variety of dishes.

We blend rice varieties that are characterized by a texture that breaks apart in the mouth. Our vinegar, made from a combination of rice vinegar and red vinegar, enhances the flavor of the ingredients.

In a tranquil space that feels like a hidden gem with only counter seating, take your time to savor the bliss of gourmet food and fine sake. Be sure to enjoy our sushi, which we pride ourselves on for its attention to detail.
