On December 3, 2024, we will open on Ningyocho Kobukido Street. The owner, who grew up in a sushi family and trained for 10 years at a famous restaurant, will showcase his skills.
The tuna is sourced from the tuna wholesale dealer "Ishiji," while other fish are procured from Toyosu Market and local Kansai area. We ensure thorough temperature control to provide our customers with the best possible quality. Our unique dishes, showcasing the owner's playful spirit, are also a point of pride.
Additionally, we offer a carefully selected range of about 20 types of premium sake. The upscale, tranquil interior is perfect for business entertaining, dates, or family meals. We will do our utmost to ensure that you have a precious time with us.
