It is a Japanese-style tavern where you can casually enjoy sushi, tempura, and sake.

In offering sushi and tempura, which are representative dishes of Japan, we wanted a name for our restaurant that reflects the beauty of the Japanese language. The name "Mogana" is derived from the classical Japanese sentence-ending particle "～mogana," which carries the meaning of "I hope it will be so." We chose "Mogana" as the name of our restaurant to fulfill our customers' desire to enjoy delicious and reasonably priced sushi and tempura.

    Appetizer: A luxurious sashimi platter featuring eight seasonal delicacies, including sesame tofu, yuba simmered in Arima style, and octopus with greens. You can savor the traditional flavors of Japan and the blessings of the season.

    Grilled Dish: A trio of grilled eel, dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette), and chicken Yahata rolls. This dish offers a luxurious opportunity to enjoy the fragrant grilled eel, fluffy omelette, and the different textures and flavors of the chicken rolls all at once.

    Steamed Dish: Chawanmushiy with salmon roe and egg yolk. This luxurious chawanmushi is characterized by its smooth texture and gentle flavor, topped with salmon roe and egg yolk. It features a beautiful appearance and rich flavor.

    Fried Dish: Crispy tempura of shrimp, shirasu (whitebait), eggplant, maitake mushrooms, and perilla leaves. You can enjoy the crunchy texture and the pure flavors of each ingredient.

    Sushi: Assorted premium sushi. This platter features carefully selected fresh ingredients, allowing you to experience the colorful variety of sushi while immersing yourself in Japanese food culture.

    Soup: Asari clam miso soup. A warm miso soup made with seasonal ingredients, its gentle dashi flavor and the umami of the clams spread throughout your mouth, warming both your heart and body.
