Ginza Kurosu / 銀座 くろ寿
Bringing smiles to guests' faces through sushi. The "consistency of tomorrow" with all our effort in Ginza.
A six-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Ginzakurosu is a hidden gem for sushi lovers.
Passing through the curtain with the word "Sushi" dyed on it, you will be warmly greeted by a white wooden counter.
The owner, Mr. Houmei Kurosu, trained at the famous sushi restaurant "Ginza Kyuubei" before setting up his own restaurant in 2008.
He carefully selects seafood from the Toyosu Market, and his popular nigiri of red sea bream is a particularly fatty dish.
We also recommend the kanpyo maki and fresh ikura (salmon roe) in the fall and winter.
The restaurant always has 20 to 25 kinds of sake on hand, including Takeyuki from Ibaraki, the owner's hometown.
The simple and cozy restaurant has a counter with six seats and a private room.
Mr. Kurosu places great importance on the overall service, providing a heartwarming experience.
Please enjoy your special time at our restaurant!
