With spacious table seating, it is recommended for family use, and we also have a menu for children.

The now-standard "soba-based" okonomiyaki and the style of eating with a special spatula actually originated from all of "Mitchan's" ideas.

We have walked together with the history of post-war reconstruction as an izakaya perfect for lunch or dinner in Hiroshima. Our commitment is to eliminate differences in grilling by having multiple people prepare the food, ensuring that all customers enjoy the same great taste.

We use fresh cabbage every day and change the cutting method according to the season and condition to maintain a consistent texture. During long holidays, we use about one ton of cabbage, providing it fluffy and steamed in the batter.
