Our chef has trained at a number of renowned restaurants.
He has extensive overseas experience, having served as executive chef and general manager in Bangkok, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

The aged sushi he creates using traditional "Edomae" techniques and his own "creative" sensibilities is a magical masterpiece with a unique flavor and depth that cannot be experienced anywhere else.

We also carry a large selection of carefully selected Japanese sake, including "14yo" and "Otters".

We have a fully equipped private room with a sophisticated atmosphere, where you and your loved ones can enjoy the delicious sushi and a comfortable time together.
