We invite you to the world of sushi, where the balance of five tastes and their depth are pursued.

Sushi Fujioka is located a minute walk from Ginza Station.
Sushi Fujiooka considers the flow of ingredients throughout the year as eight sections, and carefully selects seasonal fish at the Toyosu Market, where the best fish of the season are gathered.

The cuisine incorporates traditional techniques as well as the owner's originality and playful spirit.
Sushi is a little large and satisfying, and the thickness and fat content of the ingredients, the degree of nigiri, and the contrast of temperatures are all calculated.

We also have about 30 kinds of sake, wine, and premium teas available for your enjoyment.
