Renewed and reopened as "HASHIDA TOKYO" in 2022, this long-established sushi restaurant has continued for 55 years since its founding.
"HASHIDA SINGAPORE," opened in 2013 by owner-chef Kenjiro Hashida, has received numerous local restaurant awards.
The cuisine created by Hashida is not only sushi but also a traditional Japanese cuisine omakase course featuring carefully selected seasonal ingredients sourced by himself directly from production areas, with his own unique modern arrangements added.
The dishes, made with sincere dedication to the ingredients and bringing out their maximum characteristics, are all masterpieces.
