Our restaurant, with the concept of being a sushi place loved by the locals with great cost performance, is located in Higashi-Nakano, Tokyo, where we take pride not only in our sushi but also in our tea. We welcome you with our "Top 20 Items" omakase course. Each piece is carefully crafted with seasonal seafood sourced from meticulously selected regions across the country, along with our specially selected rice and vinegar. We put our heart into every piece we serve.

We will serve approximately 20 dishes with sushi as the main course.

Only one couple per day can bring their children to a private room for a counter course.This is a luxurious private room rental limited to one couple per day.
Reservations can be made from 17:30 to 20:00 at a time of your choice.
The private room is equipped with a counter, so of course the chef will be nigiriing right in front of you.
We are happy to accommodate small children, so please use this room with your family or friends.

The commitment to shari, the essence of sushi.Using vinegar from a vinegar shop in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, which has a history of over 300 years and is not used by any sushi restaurant in Japan, we create sushi rice seasoned with this special vinegar. The delicious sushi rice is crafted with a carefully selected blend of rice, developed in collaboration with a "rice meister." The sushi rice, which is the cornerstone of sushi, truly showcases the skill of the artisan. The size is slightly smaller, considering the balance with the toppings. A key to its deliciousness is ensuring the grains are distinct. You can enjoy a flavor with the vinegar's presence strongly expressed, while also providing a refreshing and sharp taste along with a rich aroma. -
The producer's feelings and their genuine love for sushi.The essence of sushi lies in the fresh seasonal ingredients that change with the seasons. The various ingredients that make up sushi are also important. One of our roles is to convey the origins and the producers' intentions behind these ingredients. We source the finest materials from Toyosu Market and carefully selected regions across Japan, ensuring they are aged and prepared to match perfectly with "Kunimitsu's sushi rice," which we provide uncompromisingly. Additionally, at our shop in Higashi-Nakano, Tokyo, we take great care with our tea, offering delightful pairings of sushi and tea, as well as collaboratively developed menus with Japanese tea instructors.
