Our sushi restaurant is located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

The chef himself goes to the market every morning to purchase the ingredients used in our dishes.
The owner of the restaurant is from Ibaraki, so we are particular about incorporating many Ibaraki products into our dishes.

We hope you will enjoy our carefully selected ingredients and the polished skills of our chefs.

I had an amazing omakase lunch. The ingredients were fresh and every piece was thoughtfully prepared and presented. The chef was warm and engaging. Definitely a great find!

  • Carefully selected ingredients
    The ingredients used for sushi and appetizers are personally sourced by the owner every morning at the market. Depending on the season, they select the best items, whether they are in season or fresh, regardless of their origin. Since the owner is from Ibaraki, there is a focus on incorporating many ingredients from Ibaraki as well.
  • The finely honed skills of a master craftsman.
    Please enjoy the craftsmanship that has been honed for 16 years since I began training as a sushi chef in 2006.
  • We have prepared beverages that pair well with the dishes.
    We offer a selection of sake and shochu from across Japan, as well as wine that pairs well with our dishes. We can also provide recommendations to match your meal, so please feel free to ask.
  • A single slab of Jindai cedar.
    A single slab of Jindai cedar that had been buried in the ground for a long time is displayed behind the board area. It is extremely beautiful and rare.
