Located on the 6th floor of a building about a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station, this restaurant is a hideaway for adults that offers kaiseki style courses with tempura.

The owner of the restaurant is a skilled chef who has worked both in Japan and abroad.
The chef provides guests with the "best moment" of each dish through dialogue with selected ingredients, such as tiger prawn tempura delivered from a supplier with whom the chef has built a relationship of trust over many years and shark's fin tempura carefully prepared without sparing any time or effort. The restaurant offers guests "the best moment" of each dish.

The restaurant is a relaxing space consisting of a counter and two private rooms.
Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu courses are available, as well as a wide selection of excellent sake.
