A barbecue restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere where wet-aged Wagyu beef is grilled in chunks.
Our restaurant is a yakiniku (barbecue) restaurant popular for its aged and lumpy meats.
We use only carefully selected black Wagyu beef bitches and wet age them to bring out their unique aged aroma.
You can enjoy the mellow aroma that reminds you of cheese or butter, which is different from the common dry-aging process.
Our signature "lump meat" can be cut into the size of your choice.
Please ask us for the thickness and size of your choice.
For the dinner course, we recommend the "Omakase Course," which does not require you to grill the meat yourself!
Our staff will grill the meat so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
